If you took part in the World Cup Lottery, welcome back. We raised £918 for Great Ormond Street through the 300 tickets purchased, by the 104 that took part - amazing 👏👏
So I thought why not run another one.
We are going to support The British Heart Foundation, tickets will again be £5 each, and more than £3 of that will go to the charity.
This time, three Premier League Teams and two Championship Teams will make up your five. In true 'Countdown' style you'll get 2 from the top, 1 from the middle and 2 from the bottom.
This time, you will get your tickets when you pay for them, the deadline day draw was painful to process this end (😳🙄), so I will send them as soon as your money arrives, and if you don't like what you get, then you can always buy some more 😂💷😂
Information on how the teams are split into groups, and how points are scored, is below.
Teams have been split into groups based on where they finished last season
Three Groups in the Premier League, two in the Championship.
You will get one from each group, and the points scoring is straightforward (too straightforward some might say)

Every point your team wins in the league games between now and the end of the draw, is worth, well, a point!!!

As a tie-break, where points are even, goals scored by your teams will decide the outcome, and if these are even, goals conceded will decide

AND, it will be the MORE goals conceded that will win in this event !!!

If still a draw, prize money will be split
Tables will be posted on here showing which tickets are the most valuable once the Season starts, and then updated through until the end of the competition.
